2-Zone Technology

Our industry unique 2-Zone Technology is based on the amazing Double Cover, enabling the complete separation of Engine Zone and Food Zone at the machine. All parts that come in contact with the fruit and juice are easily removable and can be sanitized in your three compartment sink or commercial dishwasher, ensuring the ultimate in hygiene, safety, and saving time. Complete separation of juice from the Engine Zone means years of industry-leading reliable service and hygiene.
