2-Zone Technology

Our industry unique 2-Zone Technology is based on the amazing Double Cover, enabling the complete separation of Engine Zone and Food Zone at the machine. All parts that come in contact with the fruit and juice are easily removable and can be sanitized in your three compartment sink or commercial dishwasher, ensuring the ultimate in hygiene, safety, and saving time. Complete separation of juice from the Engine Zone means years of industry-leading reliable service and hygiene.

The Dynamic Knife provides a precise cut without tearing the peel. The juice does not get contaminated with excessive bitter peel oils and substances. Making for a sweeter, smoother, and more enjoyable drinking experience.

DOUBLE COVER

All food zone elements, including the back wall (double cover) can be removed for cleaning, ensuring the juicing operation is extremely hygienic, safe and efficient.

Fast disassembly and the highest operational safety

The Cross Holder secures 7 fastening points on the Fantastic, 5 on the 8000, with one single screw. This saves time, reduces part complexity, cuts costs, and increases operational safety.
