We recommend locating your juicer’s model information before placing your parts order or service request. The serial number, version number and other relevant information is found on the lower back panel of your juicer. This will assist our support team in providing you better service and help process your request faster.

Citrus Juicer Certifications

In addition to numerous EU, German, and Austrian certifications, all machines are NSF-certified (under NSF/ANSI 8). Furthermore, all machines have passed UL 763 as certified by TÜV SÜD, an OSHA-recognized NRTLs (Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory). CITROCASA works with TÜV SÜD in both the United States and in Germany. TÜV SÜD America Inc. is a globally recognized testing, inspection, and certification organization offering the highest quality services for a wide range of industries worldwide including performing electrical safety testing to a variety of UL/ANSI standards.
