For decades, businesses relied on
juicers that were unreliable, hard
to clean, and produced
inconsistent juice.

In 2005, after years of dealing with these challenges as a distributor,
TMP GmbH decided enough was enough. They engineered a juicer from
the ground up — Citrocasa — built for quality, hygiene, and taste.

  • 304 Food Grade Stainless Steel

  • Patented SCS Soft Cut System → better taste

  • Easy-to-clean removable parts

  • Built for reliability and long-term use

  • Premium customer support

Why Citrocasa Changed
the Game in 2005 — And Still
Leads Today

Every detail of Citrocasa juicers was redesigned to fix the biggest problems in commercial juicing: poor hygiene, weak materials, and inconsistent juice quality.

  • Better Juice, Every Time

    • Patented SCS Soft Cut System reduces peel oil & contaminants → smoother,
fresher taste.

  • Hygiene Made Easy

    • More dishwasher-safe, removable parts
    • Hingeless front covers & easy-access hopper → faster, cleaner operation
    • Single-cavity body design → fewer places for buildup, easier diagnostics

  • Unmatched Durability

    • Replaced plastic with 304 food-grade stainless steel
    • No exposed aluminum → no corrosion risk
    • High-density co-polymers where needed for maximum strength
    • Robust seals keep the motor safe from juice exposure

  • Built for Long-Term Performance

    • Reduced trouble areas in hopper design

Cleaner Juice. Lower Costs. Proven Results.

Independent testing in 2011 showed that Citrocasa’s patented
SCS Soft Cut System dramatically improves juice quality:

An orange circular progress graphic shows 20–60% less peel oil & bitterness in bold text, with the caption fresher, smoother taste underneath—a testament to the performance of reliable citrus juicers—on a light background.
Bar graph compares commercial citrus juicers Citrocasa 8000 Series and Zumex Speed, showing Citrocasa needs 60–70% fewer spare parts—making it a more reliable citrus juicer with lower maintenance costs and less downtime.

With Citrocasa, you don’t just get better juice — you get a more reliable machine that saves you money year after year.

Based on testing from 2011 and videos from the time, the dynamic SCS Soft Cut System reduced the peel oil and bitter peel substance contamination in the juice by between 20-60%, depending on the fruit being juiced and substances being measured. In addition, benchmarking at the time indicted a 60 70% reduction in spare parts consumption when benchmarking Citrocasa 8000 vs. Zumex Speed machines across a few customers in the German-speaking markets.

The Fantastic F/SB: Innovation That Redefined Compact Juicing

In 2011, Citrocasa introduced the Fantastic F/SB, building on the success of the Fantastic M/AS. Its breakthrough was an automatic fruit feeding system with the industry-unique Two-Level Feeding (TLF) technology, ensuring smooth, continuous juicing with less effort.

Designed to outperform the Zumex Versatile, the Fantastic F/SB delivered superior hygiene, reliability, and durability — setting a new standard in compact commercial juicers.

  • Standout design

    • that attracts customers and elevates your space

  • Narrow 11” footprint

    • unmatched in its class, juicing at 30 fruit/min

  • Robust SCS Knife System

The Fantastic Series: Proven Performance & Long-Term Value

By 2014, Citrocasa began phasing out the 6000 and 7000 Series, as the Fantastic M (manual feed)
and F (auto feed) models had clearly outperformed every other juicer in their class.

Although the Fantastic Series cost more upfront, it delivered far greater
long-term value thanks to:

  • Fewer breakdowns

    and lower spare parts costs

  • Minimal downtime

    machines built to run reliably

  • Reduced service calls

A smiling girl fills a bottle with fresh juice from one of the world’s most reliable commercial citrus juicers in a grocery store, while a man watches her. Shelves with various fruits and vegetables are visible in the background.

The result:

A high-capacity juicer built for nonstop performance, lower downtime, and a longer lifetime — giving operators more juice, more sales, and fewer headaches.

The Citrocasa Revolution:
Small Size, Big Reliability

In 2018, Citrus America introduced the Citrocasa Revolution to North America. At just 9 inches wide and juicing up to 15 fruit per minute, it redefined what a compact juicer could be.

While designed for the small-capacity segment (like the Zumex Soul), Citrocasa refused to compromise on quality. Instead of cutting corners, the Revolution was engineered with the same standards of durability, hygiene, and reliability that define every Citrocasa machine.

The result:

A high-capacity juicer built for nonstop performance, lower downtime, and a longer lifetime — giving operators more juice, more sales, and fewer headaches.

Innovation That Never Stops

Citrocasa continues to launch cutting-edge juicers in Europe — and together with Citrus America,
we’re bringing these innovations to the U.S. with full certifications and market-ready adaptations.

In addition, Citrus America has been developing smart peripherals to make juicing even easier, including:

  • New bottle shelves
for grab-and-go juice sales

  • Redesigned fruit basket covers for improved hygiene and usability

  • Upgraded 8000SB-ATS models juicing at 60 fruit per minute — the highest capacity juicer in its class

With Citrocasa and Citrus America, you’re not just buying today’s best juicer — you’re investing in a partner committed
to continuous improvement and long-term performance.

Our Story: How Citrus America Began

In 2010, father-and-son team Ron and Brian Framson discovered a problem: the U.S. was falling far behind when it came to fresh orange juice. While living in Vienna, Austria, Brian could find fresh-squeezed juice on nearly every corner. But when visiting his parents in South Florida, the “Orange Capital of America,” it was surprisingly hard to find.

The Industry’s Pain Points — Before Citrocasa

After extensive research, they found out why. Most commercial juicers available in the U.S. — from brands like Zumex, Zummo, Zumoval, and FMC — were unreliable, hard to clean, and frustrating for staff to use. Machines often broke down, spare parts were hard to find, and employees avoided using them.
